Our Standard Operating Procedures

  • We reach out to customers within 24 hours to arrange an appointment.

  • The day before our visit, we confirm to ensure it remains convenient.

  • Upon arrival, we discuss the scope of work and check for any specific preferences.

  • We take care to fully protect the home in all affected areas.

  • After completing the work, customers inspect our results and sign off on the job sheet.

  • We provide a PDF job report to the client, including photos and the customer sign-off. Customers are also invited to complete a satisfaction survey.
